Return/Exchange Policy
At RUMOR, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.
Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags intact, and returned in the original packaging. Please note that all sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us through our website or email us directly at contact@rumour.pk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Our team will guide you through the steps to return your item. For customers shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, please reach out within the 14-day window. We’ll arrange to send a replacement upon receiving the returned item.
